Manuel Stahl is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer working at the intersection of capital structuring, urban transformation and scalable development models. Over the past fifteen years he has developed and repositioned real estate assets while founding and scaling technology ventures, combining operational depth with financial and strategic expertise. His work is grounded in disciplined execution, long-term value creation and the alignment of economic resilience with societal responsibility.

He studied Digital Business and International Technology Management and is a certified IT Security and Data Protection Officer. His core competencies include real estate development, value-add strategies, venture building and long-term capital structuring. He is a winner of the German Start-up Cup and part of the Visionaries Club portfolio as well as a Google for Startups participant.

As Managing Director at A KIND OF SPACE and a founding collaborator, he is responsible for the commercial strategy. Drawing on his experience in development, finance and organisational growth, he structures projects, leads business development and supports the design teams in aligning architectural ambition with viable economic frameworks.
