Manuel Stahl is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer whose work connects development, finance and long-term value creation with questions of urban transformation. Over the past fifteen years he has developed and repositioned real estate assets while founding and scaling technology ventures. His experience enables him to approach projects not only through their financial and organisational structures, but also through the opportunities these conditions create for thoughtful and lasting development.

He studied Digital Business and International Technology Management and is a certified IT Security and Data Protection Officer. His experience spans real estate development, investment and value-add strategies, venture building and long-term capital structuring. He is a winner of the German Start-up Cup, part of the Visionaries Club portfolio and a Google for Startups participant.

As Managing Director of A KIND OF SPACE, Manuel is responsible for the commercial and strategic development of the practice. He structures projects, leads business development and works closely with the design teams from the earliest stages, bringing together architectural ambition with economic, organisational and operational realities. His role reflects A KIND OF SPACE's belief that questions of viability, programme, investment and long-term value are not separate from architecture, but part of the conditions from which good projects emerge.
